A: Hi The Built-ins flanking the fireplace are furnished and designed by Design Gaps. The Material is a textured melamine by Downsview Kitchens **Q: What is the flooring?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hi, It's an epoxy coating with suspended metallic particles creating the depth and iridescent appearance. A floor coatings company out of Charlotte, NC provided the finish per samples. It runs around $ 4.00 per square foot. Fairly impervious to chemicals and scratch resistance.
