The project started off okay and I was satisfied with the work at first. Near the completion of the projects the owner did not deliver the items and had spent the money. My closet was incomplete, glass shelves were in the design which were bought and paid for. My measurements for the pantry were submitted wrong which caused a delay in work and extra money. The company that was hired to install the pantry arrived for installation but Dyer Studio did not show up. Dyer Studio was suppose to be present during all installations but did not show up or call on this particular day. I had to call the installation company directly to ask them if they would please go ahead and install the pantry. Owner still has not made good on the debt. I had to hire another company to finish the job. **Comment from Dyer Studio:** > I am writing in response to my Client, Ms, Coleman's, review as outlined. I respect my client and her view of my services. My apology is directed to Ms. Coleman and those affected by my services provided and am working to resolve this issue. > > Since starting my company, Dyer Studio, in 2007, I have had the opportunity to meet and design Kitchens and spaces for many wonderful people, Ms. Coleman included. > > Although I do hold a high approval rating among satisfied clients, this issue affects me deeply. It has a gas fireplace and some build-in cabnets. It is a junk storage space now, but I'd like to make it into something functional and cool. Thoughts?
