A: I am sorry the homeowner selected and we approved. It was many years ago but think they might have been from Room and Board. A: I agree with Malty Design. Be blunt, be honest. Designers should have thick skin. Remember it is your home and should function for your life not for someone's portfolio. Post a pic of the floor plan. I have done many plans for large families...on the board right now designs for 4 kids, 7 kids and 16 kids (yes, 16). I always try to keep the island slabs under 120" when possible to avoid seams. Hope this helps!!!
