We chose to go with All In Builders which wasn't the cheapest of the bids because we still wanted high quality work. After meeting with the owner Larry Kitchens who was attentive, prompt, accommodating and professional every time we met to review and discuss our project and the same was for all his sub contractors. During a job that lasted just over 4 months the communication was spectacular. He always answered his phone or replied with a text immediately. There were some items where we were going over budget and he would identify to make changes, recommendations or get approval on additional costs. He was very diligent with our changes and additional work with staying on schedule. There were some issues where samples, colors, or items weren't correct and he resolved the problems immediately by going to the suppliers direct. The reason he was so accommodating is that he only manages one big project at a time.
