Welch Forsman Associates is a Minnesota residential building contracting firm located in south Minneapolis. The company was formed in 1985 when owners Pete Welch and Don Forsman took part in a merger of two local companies (est. 1979 and 1980) to form the beginnings of WFA.
The early years in residential remodeling led to the inclusion of renovation and restorative construction. The late 80s brought WFA the opportunity to work with many local architects to collaborate on significant projects in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Today, the firm is pleased to continue this work with the help of professionals highly trained in the trades, crafts, and arts. This collaboration creates some of the finest residential construction in the twin cities.
