> I have known Jack for years.  He has done multiple updates to my home.  Including the addition of a sunroom, redoing a bath, residing, window replacement and replacing my roof and other projects.  He is dependable, honest, does quality work and prices are more than fair.  He does not try to oversell a job.  He keeps your house and budget in mind.   I went to FL on vacation while he redid the bath.  Felt absolutely confident and comfortable leaving him with the house and a key.....

**Q: Finishing a basement - need help on floorplan!~** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am starting on finishing my (1750 sq ft) basement in the next week and need help finishing the layout.  The red lines (walls) are not yet in built.  how large would you make the bathroom?  Any great ideas on how you finished yours or what you would do different?  audio/lighting ideas?

A: I like it, Carolyn is right a larger bath would be nice, also might want to ask a hvac person about make -up air to the furnace.
