Even though you could probably consider our job "small" compared to the kinds of projects they usually take on, they treated us like we were as important as any other client they had and dedicated a lot of time and energy to educating us about the work before we started and throughout so that we always felt that we were making the best decisions possible. We had several friends who had nightmare stories to tell about their remodel projects and the difficulty dealing with their contractors. I can stay unequivocally that we never once encountered anything to give us pause, concern or make us wonder if this was going to get done. From the project management team (Gerry and Lincoln) to the work by the subcontractors he worked with, everything was done on time, on budget and we were never in the dark about where we were in the process.
