> Our first contact was Roger Andres of Landmark realty in Abbotsford to purchase a lot on Eagle Mountain. He assured us we would be in good hands with Element Pacific Homes. From out first meeting with Darcy and Ryan we knew they they were going to be easy to work with. Just the statement: "we are going to build a home together" was very positive and reassuring. Over the twelve month period we have had a great experience working with all of their employees as well as every trade they asked to work on our project. Their experience and attention to detail is incredible. Many times we were experiencing a financial constraint and they helped us find a solution that was perfect. This is the team you want . Darcy's wife Sharon helping with every aspect of products and colors to keeping the schedule on track and accommodating our demanding tastes, Sharon is so easy to work with, you will find it a pleasure. The open communication and caring attitude was a delight and reassuring that all would be taken care of with the highest of standards.When it came to the end of the project and we were ready for landscaping, Darcy's retired uncle helped keep the costs down by putting in the lawn and allowing us to do as much plantings as we wanted.
