> We've hired Polly Brooks and Company on several occasions, the first beginning back in 2004.  She was initially recommended to us by friends and we have since recommended her to several of our friends.  We’ve been very happy with her work and will soon need her again.

> Polly Brooks and Company built a substantial addition onto our 1920s craftsman bungalow that included a new family room on the main level with a downstairs bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet.  She has also totally renovated our primary bathroom and repaired the home exterior after a severe hail storm.  Even with a minor fix-up or home improvement, we call Polly because she knows highly respectable sub-contractors and vendors in the Chattanooga area.

> My husband and I had previously had two homes built.  We entered the process of building again with trepidation as it had not been an overall positive experience.  We thoroughly interviewed several contractors being careful to check out projects and the homeowner's opinions of reliability and workmanship.  We chose Polly Brooks.  It was the best "building" experience we had ever encountered and would only use her in the future on either large or small projects.  One of Ms Brooks' outstanding qualities is that she cares about the little details.  She cares where your sofa is going to be placed so that the floor plugs are in just the right spot.  She discusses overall furniture placement to be sure there is ample room for dining, storage and comfort.  We were amazed and so impressed with the personal care she gave to every detail of our construction.  She was on site to supervise workers, make corrections when necessary and didn't balk if we asked for changes midstream.  She is incredibly knowledgeable and has experience in a wide range of construction needs, from million dollar homes to small room additions.  She built our home almost 15 years ago and is currently overseeing a room addition.  We would only use Ms Brooks for our building needs and would highly recommend her to others.

> I am very happy with Polly's work. She had ideas that turn out great. Mine was a remodel that turn into a total remake of the house. The only thing left of the original house was the brick and foundation. She drew up the blue prints that had everything I wanted and still used the same square footage. The project came in on budget and within the time frame I set. I  worked very well with her crew and felt very comfortable with all of them. I also like the fact that they cleaned up the job site every evening. I would use them again in a heart beat.
