Archiverde is a landscape architecture design studio specializing in the exterior design of high-end residential, lake houses, ranches, boutique commercial, and other unique projects. The majority of Archiverde's work comes from the many satisfied homeowners, architects, and builders with whom we have had the pleasure of working.

Archiverde, LLC was formed in March 2007 by Bill Bibb and Brian McDonald, longtime friends and associates. Archiverde loosely translates to the green around architecture. Archiverde's range of work spans from small planting plans, pool designs, outdoor kitchens, up to master plans for large estates. Archiverde's sources for inspiration include: architecture, nature, music, art, and literature.

Regardless of the project size, Archiverde uses a traditional landscape architecture design process. This process includes: initial consultation, site analysis, conceptual design, estimate of probable cost, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and final documentation.

### Reviews

**★★★★★ — Matt Lockridge, Jan. 2024**

> We hired Archiverde to redesign our backyard, including adding a new pool, remodeling our back porch, adding an outdoor grilling station, and landscape. We also used Archiverde to oversee the construction phase of our project. Bill and his team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Archiverde. Bill was easy to work with - very personable, highly responsive, provided excellent feedback and advice, managed sub-contractors well, has a terrific eye for design, and was a great overall lead on our project.

> Bill and his team did an excellent job, from inception to execution, our vision was executed perfectly and with stunning results. We couldn’t be happier (as are other clients we referred to them!)

**★★★★★ — Jill Williams, June 2023**

> Bill Bibb is a creative and knowledgeable landscape architect and designer. His recommendations are excellent, and referrals are of the highest quality. 5 stars is a minimum for Archiverde's professional work! Highly recommend Archiverde for all your landscape needs!

**★★★★★ — Regan Smith, June 2023**

> Bill Bibb of Archiverde provided our superb and interesting landscape design that includes new hardscape, plants, drainage, and lighting. After helping to evaluate landscape companies and their bids, he provided daily and effective oversight of the actual installation. Bill first listened to our needs and ideas in an initial meeting. What delights us in the end are the multiple and creative interesting points of view, and the variety of plant color and texture from both inside and outside the house. Bill helped make the entire process both enjoyable, creative beyond our imagination with a minimum of stress. Highly recommend.

> Bill Bibb and his team are world-class landscape architects. They consider every aspect of their design - not limited to drainage, sun rise / sets, the existing style of architecture of the home and the property's surroundings. Bill and his team not only design the project, but they also help select and oversee the landscape construction company responsible for bringing those plans into reality. This is no small feat, and the devil is in the details. Bill will help negotiate and optimize various bids and will manage the project until it's finished. I highly recommend Archiverde.

**★★★★★ — Frans de Groen, Dec. 2022**

> We worked with Bill on a complete redesign of our front and back yard and would highly recommend him and his team. He created a thoughtful, detailed plan for our yard and offered many great design suggestions while working within the constraints of our budget. He also skillfully oversaw the construction of the project, making sure that everything was built to spec, helping solve issues that inevitably came up and going above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. We particularly appreciated how he was focused on design and project management without being distracted by construction activities. The install contractor we worked with based on his recommendation (Edgar’s Landscaping Services) was also top notch. Bill’s experience shows and you can tell he is a true landscaping architect. He is resourceful, creative, fair, has good taste and is a pleasure to work with.

> Bill and his team are the consummate professionals. His work was early, on budget, and...perfect. I have a historical home (Swiss Ave.) and his design was the perfect blend of contemporary architecture while remaining true to the historic neighborhood.

> Bill's design transformed our exterior into a functional and livable space including the pool, patio, back yard, front courtyard, and front yard. I enjoyed working with him and seeing his creativity at work.

**★★★★★ — Francisco Coll, Dec. 2022**

> I have remodeled two homes and personally managed many sub-contractors along the way. In my latest project, I used Bill Bibb from Archiverde to design and manage my landscape remodel. 100% game changer. Bill always looked out for my best interests and made sure everything was executed to plan. If there were challenges along the way, he helped troubleshoot to obtain the best result. Highly recommended if you want to reduce stress and get great results.

> Archiverde led by Bill Bibb designed the most beautiful and luxurious pool in our small space-challenged backyard. It feels like a luxury resort now!! The style works perfectly with our Spanish old world villa style house yet is sleek and modern all the same time. We try to spend as much time as possible in our new zen environment. Thank you Archiverde and Bill for designing this gorgeous landscape. Kudos also to Steve Landers who built Bill’s design!!

> We recently moved into a new home that required a lot of updating both on the interior and exterior. Bill and his team at Archiverde were by far the best team we have worked with on our renovation project. First, the plans Bill drew for our project were exactly what we wanted and required little to no changes from us. He understood what we were looking for and executed a beautiful design for our Santa Barbara style home from the onset. We also engaged Archiverde to manage the project, which was a fantastic decision. Bill’s relationship with the various contractors we hired (pool reno, landscaping, drainage, iron work, stone masonry, etc) is a priceless advantage as each stage of the project was completed with the highest quality. Bill always ensured we were getting exactly what was in the plan and that it was the best work from each contractor, otherwise it would be redone to our specifications. Finally, Bill came by in person and was present every day on our project to oversee and sign off on the work. We highly recommend Archiverde if you are looking for both high quality design and five star project management, they are a wonderful team to work with.
