I had an active roof leak and after calling several places who wouldn’t even schedule me for an estimate until the next month, A-Team understood my urgency and immediately squeezed me into their schedule. Since I wasn’t sure exactly what needed to get done, they offered to either come out to give an exact estimate or to give me an estimate over the phone and just do the repair when they came out. I opted for the second option to get it fixed faster and I’m glad I did because the actual cost was less than the estimate, which was more than fair especially given how quickly they responded. They were also really thorough in explaining all the different repair options to help me make the best decision for my situation and budget. The employees who came to do the repair were prompt, professional, and gave me good advice. Afterwards Tommy even called to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied with the repairs.
