For work not handled by Perry employees they had access to capable subcontractors (e.g., for the stucco/stone work and some electrical and plumbing). > > Their construction coordinator Jim (Showalter) and CEO Jerry (Perry) were very responsive in communications with us and our architect (Jennifer Kretschmer). After scheduling a first consult with GL Perry, both the president and estimator arrived. They spent quite a bit of time with me given I was not yet a client. Once I signed on with GL Perry, we set a start date, and just before the start, the supervisor of my project met with me to discuss the schedule and any possible conflicts. ALL the employees and contractors were professional, did excellent work and communicated in a timely manner. The 2 wonderful women in the GL Perry office almost always answer the phone during business hours. If a message is left your call is returned right away. This was a big plus for me! Another plus is that everybody at GL Perry is honest and upfront. They are like a big family and I felt like a member!! I am very happy with all the work GL Perry has performed for me and I highly recommend them.
