> Justin did an amazing job on our New Kitchen, Tile floors, Custom Cabinets and Granite Counter Tops.  New wood floors in Dining area and throughout the living room, entry and Hall.  Justin and his crew were exceptionally considerate, everything was cleaned up afterwards, the entries to the Bath & Bedrooms was kept clean with plastic on the doors with zipper entries. I would definitely select Justin as my first choice for any additional remodeling work.

**Q: Happy floors porcelain tile quality** *(in Polls)*

Do you know if Happy Floors sell different quality grade porcelain tile in different stores. We looked at Venezia in 2 stores within a mile of each other and there is a $3.00 price difference per squ foot.

A: Recently tiled shower with the Happy Floors crash series blue tiles. Major problems with the glazing of the tile. The entire shower is completely shot. The tile couldn’t even handle being grouted with unsanded grout. What a joke. It looks like soap scum, but it’s not soap scum. It is etched, the creamy white grout etched the tiles and now they are ruined. It is so sad that as the installer I will haft to eat it, rip all this work out and reinstall the shower because you have no quality control. It’s not enough to say that I will never buy your product again.

**Q: Shower door question** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have this exact setup, newly installed. On one of the 4 ends of the towel bars, there is a longer knob that prevents the doors from fully bypassing one another. Is this intentional, so that one can grab the knob to open that door from inside the shower, or, did the installer simply attach a wrong part in that one end?

A: yes it is a finger pull so that you can open the door from the inside
