> They installed a screen porch addition on my home. The workers were respectful and clean. The porch looks great, and build quality is very good. Almost looks like it's always been there. Only a few minor problems to deal with, and they listened and generally took care of any problems I had, with one notable exception. They installed a sweep on the base of the screen door to keep bugs out, but it did not allow the door open without significant rubbing on the deck floor. A little surprised that they would consider this acceptable. To fix this issue after the job was completed, it required an additional $100 adjustable sweep + additional labor cost. If not for that, it would be a 5 star rating. Everything else was top notch.

What type of floor? -Love it!

A: This wood flooring is Bella brand, ¾” x 5” hickory with a natural finish.

**Q: What brand & color is the tile? Really like the color!** *(in Photo Questions)*
