I was pleased with the whole process except 6 months down the road when the top of my desk peeled. I contacted the company, since it was just about 6 months old. My answer was that the product was not covered and they could quote me on the removal, installation and cost of a whole new top. No discount or any such other compensation was offered. Why would I pay for a whole new top, if possibly the same thing would happen again and there is zero warranty? Honestly up until this point I was pleased with the whole process. It's not like it was a year old or more. I do understand it wouldn't be covered for life. But 6 months!? Something should have been covered, or even discounted. When I emailed them saying I was not pleased with the warranty and resolve they had, I did not hear anything back from anyone. I would have called them back to get the other rooms done in my house.
