> In March of 2016 we began a bathroom remodel job.  After being impressed with Woodshaper's work at a friend's house we hired them for our job.  Our "wish list" combined with the craftsmanship and expertise of Woodshaper's employees, they transformed a small, outdated and broken old 1950s bathroom into a classy one that still fits with the age and style of our South Highlands home.  The Woodshaper's crew was always punctual and dependable; respectful of us and our space and always cleaned up at the end of the day.  We were very pleased with their craftsmanship and attention to detail.  They kept us informed throughout as to cost and how a homeowner's ever present "well what if we did this..." would affect not only the esthetics of the room but also the budget.  We're truly impressed with the end product.
> Just as the bathroom remodel was winding down the neighbor's 10-ton tree fell on our house causing massive damage.  Knowing the quality of Woodshaper's work we hired them to take on yet another project with us.  We knew our insurance would cover it and Woodshaper's again presented us with excellent results.  The day it happened they sent a crew to "put us in the dry" should it rain.  We knew the entire project would be a headache because more than 12 different entities would be involved:  roofing, bricklayers, solar foundation engineer, HVAC, windows and more.  And of course the insurance company.  Robert Park coordinated the project making our lives easier during this interruption in our lives.  He regularly came and checked on the workers and discussed progress and problems with us, again keeping us constantly informed.  He thought of everything we would need done but were too devastated to think of:  helpers to move everything from damaged areas into a POD, a portable toilet for all the workers, temporary fencing and gate to secure our dog. His "what about..." and "have you considered..." approach to this and the bathroom remodel were a godsend keeping us from later going through the "I wish I had..."
> All of the Woodshapers employees were awesome -- carpenters David, Aubrey and John; Robert the "straw boss" and Crystal the office manager who calmly and respectfully allowed us to occasionally "vent."  By the time both projects were completed we had spent nine months with and around the Woodshapers crew and they became like family.  We don't have a single complaint.  On a scale of 1-10 we would rate Woodshapers a 20.

We are building a house and really like this color!

A: I believe it was lamb's ear by Valspar.

Is that Scabos Travertine tile in the kitchen?

A: I can't say for sure.  The tile was already in the home when the customer did the remodel and did not purchase new floors.

who makes the stair lights?  Love the look!

A: Hi, I don't have the manufacturer since they were purchased through a decorator, but I believe they would still be categorized as sconces on most lighting websites.  You can probably search that way and find similar styles!

**Q: Can you share the hardware used for this great idea?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am a designer and would appreciate if you could share the type of hardware used for this flip down bed idea, does it lock in place or do you have a mechanical hold?  It's so clever, hats off!

A: It was a while back when we did this project, but I believe is was a fold down piston hinge.  There are legs on the beds that come out too.  Hope this helps!

A: This was a tile the homeowner picked out and I'm not sure but I believe it was a ceramic or porcelain tile.
