He answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave a free consultation so I knew he would be the right fit for us.He found the right fabric for our roman shades which was difficult because I had a certain style in mind with a specific price point. When the curtains were ready he installed them the same day! Our installation was pushed back a bit but that was because he discovered the fabric flaw and found a remedy before installation so our time wasn't wasted. > Terry also had wonderful customer service and it was a pleasure working on this project with him. His quote was in the 'middle of the pack' and actually quite competitive with the self-install that I was (briefly) contemplating. The installer he sent out was equally professional, clean, and efficient. Terry's measurements were accurate so the fit was excellent and the look was exactly what we expected. > > Three years out from the initial installation, one chain cord and a cloth cord broke (by chance within a few weeks of each other) from what we consider normal "wear & tear." Custom window coverings can be a challenge because we also need them to functional and beautiful. The problem with custom window dressings is that you must have a good idea of what the finished product will look like and how well it will meet your needs - and some of those needs you wont have a clue about until they are in place. Unlike box store products, you cannot just change your mind and get a refund and buy a different product. This is where Terry comes in. He has the experience to look at the site where you want to install and make recommendations for those unknown or unthought-of of details. Its amazing the knowledge and experience he has. He didn't allow me to make classic mistakes. He made sure I knew of all the options and possibilities and kept his price point affordable for the features I wanted and needed. Once my shades were ordered, they arrived in the time frame offered and installed promptly and professionally. The quality of the product was so superior to box store goods.
