He is honest, a rare find in an overheated renovation market, and he kept an eye on the budget at all times. We are incredibly happy with the result. Renovation during Covid shortages requires a sense of humor, and despite some completely out of anyone's control delays, we were kept informed and knew that they were on it. She also wanted smooth finish so leathering was not an option.
