In the end this iterative and very collaborative process got us to a design that is within our budget and will meet our high expectations. Brad was intimately involved in interviewing building contractors-as we both knew the importance of having an architect and contractor who could speak the same language and work well together. Brad was very detail oriented and focused on providing recommendations not only for building materials, but also decorative products-all of which worked well with the design of the house. He was very accurate in budget projections and worked well with our building contractor in helping to select materials that helped keep us in the projected budget range. > Happily, there have been no issues with the house-either from the design aspect or the construction.
