I was not and am still not satisfied- I was looking for guidance and support to incorporate my 40+ plants & pots into our rather disorganized preexisting front and back yard gardens. For $2000, I expected, a design involving front and back gardens along with pot placement/garden bed design idea assistance. In the end, I received a 'Discovery Visit'- which basically reviewed the pre-existing gardens. I signed a contract(mistake) & subsequently received a computer generated design of front garden bed(nothing of the back yard) --a design that didn't use any of my pre-existing plants-despite the fact that we discussed this on the Discovery Visit day- When I reminded Eden Project of this, I received a paper sketch of front garden, nothing of backyard.
