We hired Neal to manage a $150,000 renovation to our home including a full repaint (cabinets included), new flooring throughout (LVP, carpet and tile), new baseboards/casing throughout, 4 bathrooms, custom cabinetry for a mudroom/pantry and office, master bathroom re-tile/re-fixture/re-design. Neal was extremely honest and open on both timeline and budget and always looped me in if there were any hiccups (i.e. our basement foundation had a 7" void that was not discovered by the home inspection and required spray foam to jack it up) or overages that required my attention. Neal has dealt with any deficiency encountered in a timely manner and the finished product was better than we could have imagined.
