Mostly because we’d heard many horror stories from friends and family about how difficult the process can be. Well, ours concerns quickly vanished after our first meeting with Jeff. He was professional, considerate, and most of all, very communicative. Jeff and his team kept us up to date on every step, from costs, to scheduling, to inspections. Speaking of inspections, one of the most comforting moments happen when one of the city inspectors came by house to check on the build. He took me aside and told me that LaRey Homes was one of the “good ones” and that their workmanship and attention to proper building code made his job easy.
