We asked her to conduct a measurement service for us to see if she would be a suitable fit for fabricating new window treatments for one of our homes. She billed us for the measurement service, and then refused to supply the measurements. She did not have the fabric we needed, which left us unable to source from another supplier due to her failure to provide the measurement data we paid for.
