He came out, walked the yard for 20 minutes, took no measurements or pictures and requested the $150 fee before departing. He said he would be providing feedback via email in a few days so I paid the fee. > > The email he sent 2 weeks later (after much prodding) was simply an estimate of the cost to hire him to design and perform the work. The email had zero ideas listed nor any information on a plan for us to consider. > > As it turns out, he disguised a free appointment fee as a consulting fee. Our assumption is that he A.
