He is extremely conscientious and detail-oriented about his work and will not stop until things are done right. Besides his professional traits I also value his personal qualities. They were punctual each day they worked, and did not put off their start date (which I've had issues about in the past with other contractors). Overall, I was extremely pleased with their work, and on top of it, they were nice guys who were very gracious about my pet's curiosity about their tools and materials!
