I utilize both a wheelchair and 2 full prosthetic legs with mechanical knees in this home. It must conform both to ADA and VA regulations. There were many special needs and requests that would be considered out of the ordinary for most new home construction, some were also out of the ordinary for ADA and VA requirements. Brad was always able to accommodate me; we made many changes on the fly and Brad made it all go smoothly while adhering to the building code. He was also clear with what wouldn't work, why, and would always provide an alternative solution. He made many insightful recommendations that I would have otherwise not thought of.. > Brad maintained constant communication with me in every regard of the construction throughout the endeavor and always responded in a timely manner. The speed and level of efficiency that which he operates is unparalleled. That, in combination with the fluidity of operations he maintained throughout nearly seamless transitions of construction phases, enabled a rapidly built structure of fantastic quality completed both on time and under budget. Mr.Morris also demonstrated superior skill when coordinating his solid team of contractors.
