First, we decided to go with the recommended sash replacements on two windows so that they would closely match the wood interior, vinyl exterior on our present windows.  We also need some trim work and drywall repair.  Price was fair.
> There was an initial problem/delay with getting the sash replacements from manufacture.  Bart offered to release us from contract and refund deposit.  I decided to stay the course and when the window sash replacements arrived, he scheduled the install and repair work we needed.
