They consistently offer caring, personal service as they provide supremely artful recommendations that include the latest technology for the whole home. > In June, 2020, I visited their Houston, Texas showroom and the co-owner, Luis Cortez, demonstrated the intricacies of the Samsung Frame television and Sonos Playbar sound system that I was interested in buying. I instantly knew I would receive the competent instillation and excellent follow-up service I always expect to receive when buying a product or service. Every aspect of the instillation and operation of the television and sound system was shown and simply explained in a way that me, this non-technical person, could easily understand. > Even though Echo Workshop is based in Houston, Texas, they have extensions of their services in other Texas cities. Echo Workshop in Houston ordered the television and sound system and arranged for it to be sent to my home in San Antonio, Texas. The San Antonio Echo Workshop service, Martin Castaneda, unpacked and expertly installed the Frame television and Sonos sound bar as free floating items onto my living room wall. Martin again simply and thoroughly explained and had me demonstrate to him that I understood how to operate all the systems. It all has worked just as Luis Cortez demonstrated to me in his showroom. I had some minor problems with the systems that were totally related to my television cable service.
