**Q: Cabinets** *(in Photo Questions)*

I really like this kitchen and was wondering what type of wood these cabinets are?  Thanks!

A: Hi Nicole, the cabinets are stain grade clear Alder. And the island is paint grade with a glaze. Glad you like it!

**Q: Vanity** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is it possible to buy vanity similar to one on the picture? Who would sell it?

A: Hi Olga,
This is a custom-built vanity. In order to get the exact color and materials you want, it is often best to go with custom-built. The sink and countertop are limestone and the cabinets are custom made with towers above and hidden pull-outs below that conceal a ton of storage.

Love the beautiful shelve and towel holder. Where can I find this? Incidentally, love this beautiful home too. The colors, all the wood makes it warm, rich and inviting.

A: We are not sure where the designer sourced that shelf from, but we tried to use as many details for this home that are authentic to the Mediterranean region as possible. For example, we custom designed the S-tile roof to look like old cap and pan, and the exterior stairs leading to a tower and bedroom reflect the add-on in-law quarters that many old European homes have. The warm color palette includes copper pieces, rough-sawn timbers and antiques to further accent old-world charm. Glad you appreciate the home!
