  - Description: I really enjoy building small spaces. This project was done with the intention of being a little zen getaway. Low square footages allow people to build in some great details without breaking the bank. On this project, we utilized a lot of reclaimed materials throughout. I find it gratifying to build spaces that I can personally relate to.

  - Description: This kitchen remodel was really a joy as a builder: great clients, unique ideas and lots of beautiful wood. The cabinets were made using vertical grain douglas fir and weaved copper inset with sapele stops. The concrete countertops were made to look like patina'd copper. We milled some reclaimed redwood to do the wainscoting on the back side of the bar seating area.

Charlie was the original builder on the house years ago and I was honored to be chosen as the builder to pick up the reins where he left off. The home has lots of details that are "deceptively simple" as is usually the case with modern architecture.
