Carefree Pools and Spas is a 2nd generation family business that has been serving Brockville and the surrounding area for over 40 years. With over four decades of experience, we have a broad knowledge of all aspects of pools – above ground, inground, spas and more. We are also members of the Pool and Hot Tub Council of Canada, Better Business Bureau, Carecraft, and one of the founding members of the IPG (Independent Pool Group).

Carefree Pools provides complete installation and maintenance. Not only do we install pools, spas and hot tubs, but seasonal maintenance is also our specialty. Pop by and see us for pool supplies, including chlorine, bromine, salt, pH test strips and covers.

With many other competing businesses in the area, we have gained an advantage over other companies by having a complete turn key, in-house operation. All services needed to build a swimming pool are offered, such as building retaining walls, landscaping and concrete decks, as well as a complete pool installation. By offering all these services in-house, this saves the need to contract with other companies, creating a carefree pool installation experience.

> If I could give zero stars, I would.

> Care Free may be able to install a decent pool, but their service after that point is an absolute disaster. From communication breakdowns to delays, unfulfilled promises, and careless work, every step has been a frustrating ordeal.

> Our fence — which they installed — is still being held together with bright red tape. The gate latch failed almost immediately. We had a ladder ready to go, but they couldn't be bothered to install it until the very end of the season. Too busy to complete what we had already paid for.

> We discussed installing the pool cover repeatedly, only to have it done after all the leaves had fallen — making the entire effort pointless. They even left floaties underneath the cover. Then this spring, after a personal visit to their shop to raise concerns about the condition of the pool, their crew came out and poured chemicals directly into a pool full of debris. Useless and infuriating.

> Care Free seems focused on chasing new business while neglecting the very customers who trusted and paid them. They are disorganized, indifferent, and consistently unresponsive unless backed into a corner.
