> I had some damage to my home due to a leaky pipe and had to deconstruct significant portions of my home. So, I hired Building Dreams to restore my basement and laundry room. My home doesn’t look as good as it did prior to the damage, it looks even better!

**★★★★★ — Gary Cristofoli, April 2019**

> We hired Building Dreams for a major remodel in our home. We'd been thinking about this project for quite a while, so we already knew what we wanted done and I had drafted my own floor plans and designs. I liked the fact that BD was flexible enough to accept my ideas and work with me on turning our vision into reality.
>
> Our project involved completely gutting out and recreating a new kitchen, enlarging and reconstructing the master bathroom, and opening up the floor plan in the dining/living spaces. Work included complete tear-outs of rooms, replacing and leveling subfloors, relocating plumbing/ducts/electrical/windows, replacing load bearing walls with structural beams and driving steel piers for support beneath our basement slab floor.
>
> With a project of this magnitude, unexpected things are bound to come up, and Charlie our project manager was always quick to respond to any unforeseen issues with experience and professionalism. He was always available to answer my questions, discuss options, and help determine the best solution for us. Kudos as well to our lead carpenter Romeo, who was invaluable in making this project a success. I truly appreciated his knowledge and skills - not only as a carpenter, but as a tileman as well, and the pride he always takes in his work.
>
> Our home now looks beautiful and so much more spacious! A nice surprise was uncovering some hidden wall space that was turned into a storage closet! Building dreams did a great job for us. I'm glad we chose them for our remodel and plan to use them again in the future!

**★★★★★ — Bill Jones, Nov. 2017**

> Again we contacted Building Dreams to perform some work for us and as always, the work was done so professionally well. The lead PM (Thomas) and his crew of 1 other were meticulous in all they did.
>
> While the job was a small one.., the care and professionalism exhibited was the same as with a larger job. The attention to detail, the care they took in covering the surroundings in which they worked, and more over, their personalities really made and make the difference!!!
>
> We've had the pleasure of working with Building Dreams in the past and will..., without hesitation.., continue using them in the future for all our home remodeling and repair needs.
>
> We had the pleasure on previous work done, to have met one the owners, Megan. And it's clear to us that what we see in the way of quality and professionalism is clearly a tradition that starts at the top and echoed by the staff.
>
> Thanks Building Dreams for again for the great work you deliver!!!
>
> Sincerely,
> Bill & Carrie Jones

> Extremely professional crew. They finished the job in no time at all and everything looked great. Hired them for some work and touch-ups on our front porch. Even though it was a smaller job for them, relatively speaking, they always made us feel important and start to finish was so fast. Great end result. Fantastic communication and response time. Would hire them again for an even bigger job.

**★★★★ — Patrick K, Jan. 2017**

> The Wint family of Building Dreams is good on their word and provided provided quality turnkey constructions services for me.

**★★★★★ — Cedrick Noel, Jan. 2017**

> Building dreams is such an awesome team. They are all professional, skilled and knowledgeable. We had our basement finished and the whole team went above and beyond to do a spectacular job. The workers even watered our dying tomato plants. We have recommended them to many friends and neighbors and they are all happy to have chosen Building dreams. Building Dreams will always make the extra effort to keep customers happy.

**★★★★ — Dave & Sue Ellen Sutton, Dec. 2016**

> Building Dreams was selected after interviewing 4 remodeling companies. The overall project involved a complete remodel of the kitchen/breakfast area, update vanities/floors in 2 bathrooms, and a complete remodel of the master bath/dressing area. We also refinished the hardwood floors in the kitchen/breakfast area and installed new carpet at the end of the project. Thomas and Charlie listened to our goals and limited ideas and offered up suggestions to improve functionality and traffic flow in the kitchen and update our master bath. Overall, the project proceeded according to the time schedule and the proposed budget. It was obvious to us that our satisfaction was their ultimate priority. We would recommend that someone considering a major remodel like this strongly consider partnering with Building Dreams.

**★★★★★ — Peggy Lewallen, Dec. 2016**

> We have used Building Dreams on several projects. All were completed in a timely manner and with excellent quality. Their staff did a good job communicating with me. I felt their pricing was very reasonable for the work completed. We would use them again.

> Building Dreams did a heavy remodel of our basement family room, bathroom, and laundry room. They also did an upgrade to our Heating and air. Everything from the initial design to completion was done beyond our expectations. They were always on time, professional, and under budget! I highly recommend them!

**★★★★★ — kenjcedliv, Dec. 2016**

> We were so happy with building dreams from start to finish! Very professional and responsive to our desires, addressed any and all concerns in a timely manner, always left the work site clean, and all the crews were polite and courteous! We love our finished basement and will use this company again for future projects!
