## About

Housley Builders construction was formed in 1986 as one of the remodeling builders helping lead the revitalization of the southern Arizona and its landmark sonoran style buildings and homes. In the 2008, the firm shifted its focus to residential remodeling and custom home building, specializing in the unique homes of Tucson, Green Valley Arizona and surrounding neighborhoods.

Today, Housley Builders has built and remodeled more than 500 of the finest quality homes in the beautiful Southwest Desert.  With both Wayne's sons now working with the family business it is now in its third generation of contractors.  The company has been among the top builders in the state. and is one of the fastest growing private companies in Green Valley.

> Housely Builders completed two big jobs for us over the last two years and a couple of smaller ones, a new two car garage with workshop at back and roof top deck then converting the original attached garage into a sewing/quilting studio. We are very pleased with the results. Owner, Wayne, worked with us to draw plans and work out the budget. He listened to our wants while adding good suggestions for efficiency and the best end result. The project was completed on schedule and on budget. The sub contractors and workmen were great and cleaned up each day. Opening a wall, moving plumbing and creating a door new entry to a bathroom and a walk in shower were a challenge but they were up to it.
