They completed the work without providing a clear price upfront, then billed us $495. > > Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the issue—the leak is still present. When we contacted them to follow up, we were told it would cost an additional $225 to come back out, even though it is the same unresolved problem. The response we received was also unexpectedly accusatory rather than focused on resolving the issue. > > Paying for a repair that didn't fix the problem, only to be asked to pay more for the same issue, is very disappointing. He was the only one that was up front and honest about my yard being out of level and that I needed a retaining wall. NONE of the other pool salesmen were honest about this. I like the fact that he gave me an up front price and stuck to it. The other guys would have dug a hole and took a deposit and then told me what I needed.
