Our story: 
I moved to the Shenandoah Valley from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Before moving here, I had worked in the construction industry for about 10 years and found that I thoroughly enjoyed the building trade. As I began to meet more people and make new contacts here in the valley, I often heard complaints from individuals who had experienced disappointment with the overall conduct and/or workmanship of the contractors they had entrusted with their building projects. I also met a number of established, reliable contractors who were looking for “like-minded” builders who they could call on to help with their projects and job sites. My wife Mary and I formed Integrity Custom Builders with the desire to meet the needs of valley homeowners who wanted the kind of workmanship quality and personal integrity that I am accustomed to.

> ICB just wrapped up the completion of our 3,000 square foot custom home build and my husband and I are absolutely in love with our new home! Looking back through the process I dont think we could have asked for a better construction process. We are scared to think what would have happened should we have gone with a different company for such a unique project.  Manny and his team completed the project quickly during a time when many others were experiencing labor shortages and extreme material delays. They worked extremely hard to make sure that our home was exactly as we had envisioned and were flexible with our changes. Hiccups happen during any home build and the team was able to pivot and remedy every difficult situation that we came across. My husband is a previous residential contractor and quite detail oriented so for him to be super pleased is saying something!! If I had a nickel for every time he said "those ICB guys and their subs do great work"..... The PM on site (Mahlon) was truly fantastic and we will genuinely miss having him around. We couldn't have asked for someone as kind and as professional to run our project. Thank you SO much to Manny, Mahlon, Andrei, and Caleb for all the wonderful work that you all did to put together our dream home. We will forever be grateful.
