Lovely looking home. A: Thank you for your interest gracelyn17. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single level with a great room style layout. (The kitchen, living and dining areas share an open, continuous space.) Total square footage, not including the three car garage is 3,924sf. Unfortunately, because this is a custom home, for privacy reasons, we are unable to share the floorplan. **Q: Flooring!** *(in Photo Questions)* I really like the flooring (whole kitchen is lovely).
