We asked him to match the false beams that were in the adjacent rooms ( a difficult match) and he did a perfect job. He came to us with a high recommendation from our contractor who was retiring and with high praise from local trades people that we were dealing with. He did it all - constant communication with the insurance people, the demolition of the remains of the house, house plans and all other aspects of the complete build. He was on site and working with his crew everyday and always here when the subcontractors were on site making sure their work was up to his standards. His attention to detail was excellent as he was always double checking with his level and tape measure which were always close at hand. He was always ready to explain some detail in the construction of the house. He has very high standards for his builds. We had verbal contact with him everyday and he was always available to us for questions or concerns. Once a month Ty would have a bill for us with a complete breakdown of labor and a copy of every bill that was generated that month. It was very detailed and easy to read. He wanted us in our house by Christmas and we moved in on Christmas Eve 2014. They built my 6 car garage and I couldn't be happier. My garage has some challenging angles and Tyrell made everything work. My garage has been featured on several web pages due to the amazing construction and design. Dokken also replaced a front porch that had water damage. Again, on time, professional and amazing work. I have a huge outdoor deck, which features different levels and bars. It also has a huge 15x15 pergala. Dokken rebuilt the entire deck. He was on time and on price. They are probably the cleanest contractor I have ever used. > They only get 5 stars because there isn't a 6 star available.
