**Q: shipping** *(in Product Questions)*

the shipping charge for $65 mirror is more than $70. when I add another item, the shipping charge stays the same. Why is the shipping so expansive? tried to contact you by phone, after being on hold for 15 min I hang up. How can I get a reasonable shipping charge?

A: There is a difference between the UPS negotiated rates with Houzz versus my own company rates. I do not see your zip code, please share.

**Q: Is there a pin on top to portion the candle?** *(in Product Questions)*

I don’t want a pin on top to stick into the candle. I want to use flameless candles so no pin.

A: These candle holders do not have a pin on the top.  They are ideal for flameless LED candles.

Can you please provide a side view, where the depth of thickness is visible?

A: It's about an inch thick. Hollow back.

**Q: mount on ceramic tile** *(in Product Questions)*

How can this mounted on top of ceramic tile wall?

A: you would have to drill through the tile with screws like any other picture.  This fairly light so you might be able to hang with suction cup hanger

The shelf appears to be a navy blue color. Is that accurate?

A: It's distressed grays
