Researched several Pergola installers as i decided on the patio room had the best, especially loved the 10' x 14' pressure treated four beam design. Also got great "preseason" pricing. ollis wood finished the job on date promised and in grate condition. For a months I wanted to expand my patio before installation. During that period we stained all components with solid color stain, certainly easier to stain prior to assembly. The pressure treated wood components were kiln dried so there was no issue with immediately staining. Olis wood Assembled it all it took one and a half days to complete. After the installation was complete we realized the shade provided by the rafters alone was not enough. So I purchased polypropylene lattice panels from them and cut to fit between upper rafters. Result was the perfect amount of filtered shade. Love the look and function of the finished product.
