> When my roof and gutters were destroyed by a hailstorm last year, Neal worked with me and my insurance company to get the largest payout possible. Let me stress that you should not accept anything from the insurance company without working with Neal first. He speaks their lingo, he knows what they'll pay and what they won't and he'll work hard to get you what you deserve. And that's before his team comes out, gets the roof on quickly (in my case 2 days, including gutter work and new siding). I was so impressed with Neal that I hired him and his crew to paint the exterior of my house and install new decorative lighting. I could not be happier and will look to hire Neal for future home improvement projects.

**Q: how would you finish out this fireplace wall?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

furniture and  flooring will all be replaced soon as well. ceiling goes up to cathedral peaks around 20 feet tall. fireplace will be painted white with tiling or stone on the surround and hearth. The house has a mountain/woodsy feel. windows are going to be cased in a craftsman style.

A: The white trim will look good once painted. Use a satin finish paint for an elegant low gloss sheen. Keeping the tile in a light tone will compliment the painted wood as well.
