> We spent tens of thousands of dollars on a high-end, near-ground-up remodel, but after few years, we are seeing major issues across the board—from electrical and plumbing to simple things like door knobs. Their project management was abysmal. The project manager was completely inactive, leaving nobody on-site to oversee the initial construction phase. Overall, it was very poor quality work, and I deeply regret hiring them.

> We recently worked with Revent on pre-construction for a project, and had a fantastic experience. Revent's owner, John, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel at ease throughout. He is very personable and fun as well, which made the process really enjoyable. He sent us addresses of a few current projects to check out, and every one of his sites we saw was not only clean but also reflected very high quality construction. Highly recommend reaching out to Revent if you have a construction project in mind!

> We were disappointed with Revent’s estimation process. We were clear about our budget at the beginning of the project. The company then required us to pay for the estimate. We weren’t really guided to remove or reconsider certain items that would be super expensive (ie. don’t consider a different drain placement/style in the shower due to expense). Then the estimate came back and it was twice the original budget that we had initially discussed.  The gap was so large, and we wasted so much time, that we decided to move in a different direction. This is for a master bathroom, and our budget is a healthy $80-100k, so we were very surprised that the process to yield the estimate went so far off.
