Annie developed her passion for design and interiors early while running through the antique laden rooms in her grandparents' Victorian home. After receiving her degree in Dramatic Art from UNC-Chapel Hill, Annie moved to Los Angeles where she started her successful career in Interior Design. She studied Interior Design at Parsons The New School in NYC.

Her extensive experience handling high-end commercial and residential projects all over North America for several years, while working with design titans Kelly Wearstler and Michael Smith, naturally led her to start her own design studio, Annie Fair Design.

Annie is dedicated to her clients' interiors expressing her eclectic sensibility in a mix of modern and traditional styles. Her love of color combinations and unexpected materials allows for a fresh creative palette to re-imagine a space for her clients' delight.

> Hiring an interior designer is one of the best decisions I made.  Annie, has all the knowledge or color, textures, finishes , paint ect. A: Hi! This paint is Farrow & Ball Studio Green. We were so happy with how it turned out in the space.

A: Hi Julie! Thank you!! We love this rug too. It's by the Novogratz and is called "Bungalow Tallulah". You can definitely still find it online for purchase.

A: Good news! I just googled, and I found the rug at Bed Bath & Beyond! BB&B

**Q: What brand is this tile?  Its beautiful** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you, Elizabeth! We love it too! I don't know the brand, I have one of the tiles saved in my project materials archive, but all it says is "made in Italy" on the back. I bought it from my friends at Mission Tile West in South Pasadena, CA. I hope that helps! The tile shape is Picket. You should be able to find lots of good options with that!
