We renovated and built an extension on a home that was built in the 1920s. The scope, budget and timeline was challenging given that it was an existing old home, but Koita Inc. made our dream our reality. We had several timely meetings, where Husain (Owner and General Contracter, Koita Inc) gave us options, and solutions to various challenges that arose. He was very accessible, even on weekends and late hours to address our concerns. His professionalism and resourcefulness is outstanding, and speaks to the outcome. Our project was bit complicated as we were dealing with many site constraints, an existing footprint (of the old home) and a tight budget. After completing multiple design exercises we worked closely with Husain (the owner and GC from Koita, Inc) and, our architect to finalize the plans and elevations and manage the overall cost and schedule of completion. Husain, coordinated with us all along to the way to ensure small and large details were upto our expectations. We are delighted with the final outcome which looks amazing and we love our house!
