During the renovation Rod kept us informed with daily notifications of the work being done and we had access to a work schedule that was updated continuously throughout the renovation. Since we were not living in the house during the renovations this kept us in the loop and we felt involved with the renovation. The old home had some structural and electrical issues that were not up to code but Rod made sure to explain the issues to us, and how his team were going to fix them.
