A lot of contractors won't even respond to a request to just renovate a bathroom. I got such a good vibe from his responsiveness & positivity that I didn't even get any other quotes. Throughout the process, Sabino, Jenaro (?) and Chui arrived on time and did everything with a smile, as did their tiler, Choco. And they really know what they are doing. When I freaked out because I realized I didn't like the bench tiles I picked out, they gave me options & calmed me down.
