> RWS Construction replaced my kitchen cabinets, countertops, refinished by hardwood floors and painted 5 rooms. They did an excellent job! Walt Sisson the owner always made sure his sub were on time and that they were doing the job as it should be done. He was also very responsive if I ever had a question about the work. I would highly recommend his company for any type of remodeling job you may have.

**★★★★★ — John Dyar, April 2026**

> I have contracted with RWS on two separate occasions. My first need was in 2025 when I had a water leak in my basement. I had mold in my sheetrock, and it was quite an undertaking. The owner, Walt, was very professional and easy to work with. He outlined the project in detail. He provided me with an estimate and kept me informed every step of the process. He came in under budget and ahead of schedule. He offered to take some other unrelated items to the dump for me at no additional charge, A++
> It was because of his great service that I contacted him again in the Spring of 2026 when I was reviewing estimates on a new roof for my detached garage. RWS quote was almost a thousand dollars less than his closest competitor. His crew did an excellent job reroofing my building. I would highly recommend utilizing his services for whatever house improvement project you are considering. I know he'll be my first call on anything I may need! Awesome job RWS Construction and Renovation LLC.

> Very professional & competitive pricing. I’m very happy with the quality of work & communication they provide keeping me informed on my projects progress. Highly recommend using this company.

**★★★★★ — Marvin Psalmond, Oct. 2025**

> RWS has completed several projects helping me update my 1987 built residence. RWS renovated my home's primary bath converting plastic tub/shower module to modern tiled walk in shower with glass door, new vanity, new mirrors, and new lighting.
> RWS completed partial update on guest bath with replacement floor and lighting.
> RWS replaced two exterior doors and associated framing.
> RWS also repaired multiple roof flashings and replaced associated wood framing.
> Most recent work was replacement of several interior overhead lamp fixtures and a complete home pressure-wash.
> All work was completed on schedule and on budget. Pre-work estimates were comprehensive and held firm.
> RWS (Walt) kept me 100% informed throughout the projects and remained in close communication with his crew as the work was completed.
> I appreciated that the RWS crews were respectful of my property, always maintained a highly professional presence, and were very skilled in their respective trades. It was also nice that crews cleared away old materials and cleaned as they worked the various jobs. It was nice to work with a locally owned and managed company.
