I ordered closets and had an install date in mid June. I actually tried to move the date to July and was told no. Well when the installers showed up, they had NO drawers. My designer told me the day before installation that the drawers had not shown up from the manufacturer in Eastern Europe. (So of course I should have been allowed to delay to July)....But the most maddening part of this is that TWO MONTHS later I still have NO drawers and cannot get a straight answer on when they will arrive. Is anyone else having this issue? The closet is half useless without drawers. I have used CC in other cities without incident. I KNOW FULL WELL there are supply chain issues globally. But the lack of response is not acceptable. I would have gotten ZERO info if I had not stayed on it and contacted the rep periodically. So install was June 13. Today August 10 I still have NO DRAWERS and no answers. Buyer beware. **★ — We We, April 2021** > California Closet installed a desk/pantry solution. I was really disappointed that it would take that long for a installation, but because I loved my previous unit that was done in Hawaii, I sucked it up and have waited. On 3 Dec I was told that they did not have the Dove White in stock to make my unit? I was given a discount to accept Classic White, but still wasn't told why my color was not in stock. At 0945, I received a phone call telling me that the Shaker Doors, were not in stock and they suggest I accept temporary substitute doors so I can use my Unit today.
