They removed an old screen enclosure and installed a beautiful new one over our pool. They were very professional. They keep the area clean and neat. They were great to work with! **★★★★★ — Celeste and Herman Donaldson, Oct. 2020** > We were so impressed with the professionalism of the company, but more importantly, the staff. Their work ethic was great. They worked, but would stop to explain anything they were doing or answer any questions. It was all about getting the job done. The price was discussed, initially, and they work within your budget. The family is more than happy with the job that was excellently done. We would recommend Impact Enclosures to anyone having a pool enclosure done, or renewed. THEY ARE SUPERB. > Herman and Celeste Donaldson **★★★★★ — Ivan, May 2020** > My gutter was not wide enough to handle all of the water when it rained. Impact Enclosures did a great job replacing them with a wider gutter. Price was very reasonable, they showed up on time and job was completed in a professional manner. **★★★★★ — Deanna, Dec. 2019** > We recently had our screen enclosure designed and built by Impact Enclosures and we are so happy that we chose them to do the job! Holly was amazing from the start, Eric was super and on top of everything and Al & John were sweet and hardworking non-stop! The entire team we had were awesome and we will definitely be using them again for future projects! **★★★★★ — steve zemke, Nov. 2019** > We have hired Impact Enclosures for several projects. Most recently to give a 'health check' to our enclosure and recommend improvements. The results were a reasonable set of fixes which strengthened our cage, removed rust causing screws, replace some panels and caulked a few holes. The price was great, work done quickly and professionally and nothing above the need. Impact Enclosures is a partner with us to keep our enclosure in top condition. **★★★★★ — David Broussard, May 2019** > 10 stars if I could give it. Tammy in the office did a wonderful job keeping us informed every step of the way. Eric did a great job being on top of things. Jacob and Warren did a fantastic AAA+ job on our screen enclosure and showed excellent workmanship and proved to us that they are extremely skilled in their profession. They are a class act and went the extra mile to make sure that everything came out well and absolutely perfect. You can tell that they take real pride in their work and it showed. Do not hesitate one bit and have Impact Enclosures get the job done for you! Absolute 10 star A+ business. Could not be more satisfied. David and Iva \| Rivertown **★★★★★ — Laura Watts, July 2018** > We had our 22-year-old screening, framing and door replaced with expanded view screen. We received outstanding service and workmanship. The crew was punctual, courteous and patient with questions and explanations. They were also flexible with scheduling when weather, vacation and other work being done on the porch caused delays or changes. Ryan was also thorough in his initial presentation of all our options and helped us make the best decision for our needs and budget. I highly recommend this company! **★★★★★ — Carl Duhnoski, April 2018** > Impact did a great job on my screen enclosure. They were easy to deal with throughout the design and application phase, and Alvino did a great job on the actual job. They showed up right on time, and did high-quality work. I'm really happy with the workmanship and I'm already hooked on being outside on my new lanai. **★★★★ — User, Jan. 2018** > even though we live in St. Augustine because we were an initial customer. It took a while until we could coordinate the repairs, but that was understandable because ALL screening companies were deluged with repair requests. They finally came to repair the screens that were damaged from falling tree branches, however they needed to reschedule the repair for the split beam. When they came to replace the top split beam, they did not have a tall enough ladder. They did return that same day and completed the job. Mitch and Sam were professional, thorough and "flexible" .... they were fearless on those high ladders. The job clean-up was done well and we applaud their work ethic and attitude! Well done, Gentleman! **★★★★★ — Rosemary Michaels, Aug. 2017** > Our whole experience with Impact Enclosures was very positive, particularly in view of the fact that the Jacksonville area had an unusually long series of daily storms that pushed back the patio install several weeks which resulted in the screen enclosure to be put on hold, the classic domino effect. However, the Impact team, Eric, Justin and Tammy, were very responsive in standing by to do the installation so that it could be finished before we had to leave for long-scheduled travel. Very pleased with the quality of the installation, screen, and our Impact Enclosure experience, and would highly recommend them. **★★★★★ — Mark Middleton, July 2017** > Outstanding!!! Top-notch quality and perfection! We went with an open view screened enclosure and we love it! I highly recommend Impact Enclosures! **★★★★★ — Randy & Ray's LLC, June 2017** > In working with our clients to design and install paver patios, pool decks and outdoor kitchens, we often work with Impact Enclosures for clients needing a screened porch or pool cover. Impact does excellent work and are highly professional. We have worked many jobs with this stellar company. They are always our first call for enclosures because of their prompt service, consistent value and beautiful craftsmanship. ## Selected projects - [outdoor living](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/outdoor-living-pj-vj~135186) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 15 - [Marsh Landing Retreat](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/marsh-landing-retreat-pj-vj~861981) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - Description: Our focus was on the summer kitchen and pool enclosure. We're super proud of how it came out. This was a vision of Coastal Luxury Outdoors. We worked together closely with Coastal Luxury Outdoors to bring this outdoor space to life. With their amazing design sense and our structural capabilities we were able to tie the pool enclosure, summer kitchen, and bar all together. They built one amazing pool and finished off the details!
