The light fixture above the dining table is from Ingo Maurer, probably the most prolific lighting designer of our era that unfortunately we lost in 2019. It is called the "Lacrime del pescatore" The tears of the fishermen and in the right setting it is a beautiful and theatrical fixture. Not expensive but it requires careful installation. Our team actually hung it to ensure the angles where right. Paris **Q: love the flooring ... tile! can you share what it is ?** *(in Photo Questions)* Love the tile . What is it please A: Hello there and thank you for the interest in our work. The floor is common bluestone, cut in the sizes and pattern we chose, that was used in the exterior and then we also brought it in to create a seamless transition in-out. the trick is to select the pieces and sizes and lay them out before the installation - which requires a competent crew. This stone is not expensive and very common in the Northeast of the US but I am sure you can find it elsewhere. If you are referring to the pendant lights above the bar follow this link to see them. https://flos.com/products/pendant/chasen/chasen/ They are amazing in the space and emit a very pleasant light. You will need to have high ceiling for that, in this project the ceilings were about 25'H. We recommend you install them at ceilings that are about 12'H or more to allow enough "room" to showcase them properly. A: Thank you. I would still do a carpet with a min of 11'x11' for a 5' table. We just did not have more space in that room to go to 12'.
