The scope of work for the first project was to furnish a 4500 sq. ft. house, select finishes for cabinets, counter tops, and flooring, select drapery style and fabric, design two fireplaces, and to design four bathrooms. This was an oceanfront property, and it turned out amazing!! It was a warm, modern, organic design that co-existed beautifully with the sea. Kenneth understood the importance of letting the furnishings be a backdrop for the panoramic ocean view. All the fabrics somehow reflected the surf and sand, and the end result was spectacular. > > The second project encompasses furnishing a 5500 sq. ft. house overlooking a golf course in a Spanish/Mediterranean subdivision.
